GEORGE W. WILSON was born at Kenton, Tennessee, December 8, 1869 and died February 12, 1944 at a Poplar Bluff hospital at the age of 74 years, 2 months, and 4 days. He moved to Missouri in 1900 where he engaged in farming.
He leaves to mourn his passing a wife, five sons, Howard, Dick, Dolph and Robert all of Portageville and Dennis of Paragould, Ark. One daughter Mrs. Helen Davenport of St. Louis. Twenty grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends also survive.
Services were held at the Baptist church Monday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. J. M. Dameron in charge. Interment was in the City cemetery with DeLisle's in charge of the funeral.George W. Wilson, death certificate,
